Healthy Choices

This week Room 13 have been talking about making 'healthy choices'. The choices we make now effect our future. 

HEALTH TIPS
 1. An apple a day keeps the doctor away.                             
2. Eat the best leave the rest. 
3. Seven days with out exercise makes one weak. 
4. 30 mins of exercise a day. 
5. Drink more water! 
6. Wash your hands before you eat. 
7. Brush your teeth for 2 mins , twice a day.
8. You are what you eat. 
9. Take care of your body and it will take care of you. 
10. 5+A day-fruit and vegetables. 
                          
FACTS
1. Fruit and vegetables are very good for you.
2. Bread and pasta give you energy. 
3. Small amounts of fat, such as cheese are good for you. 
4. Chicken and fish keep your muscles strong. 
5. Vegetables help with digestion. 
6. Fruit is full of goodness

EATING ELEPHANTS !!!!!
You eat about 1 kg of food every day. During your life , you will eat about 30 tonnes of food . Thats the same weight as 6 elephant!
